The Duke of Wellington Inn can be found in Danby, a village that's located in North York Moors National Park, which is a few miles away from Whitby and the bay. The inn dates back to 1765, but it's in immaculate condition. The rooms very clean, and the service is very friendly and efficient. The food there is excellent it's some of the best Yorkshire pudding I've ever had in the United Kingdom. The local beer is prepared in the same county of Yorkshire. The location is super quiet and peaceful, but within minutes you'll be in Whitby, the biggest and most famous coastal town here, thanks, in part, to Bram Stocker. A great place to get lost and relax, right in the Yorkshire valleys, but right next to the sea.
St Christopher's Inn is on the coast of Brighton, near the city center and the Pier, the pier - Brighton fun fair. It is a hotel chain that has branches in London, Edinburgh, but also Bruges, Berlin or Paris. It is really a hostel, which is a 15-minute walk from the bus station in Brighton. There are up to 80 guests, and private rooms are a bit more expensive. The bar is quite cheap and open to the public. A double room costs £100 a night, which is a normal price for the city, and if you stay in a dormitory prices start at £20 a night in the off season. There are long-term deals with the week to £85, including breakfast and internet access.
It's a pretty old hotel, I was impressed mainly by its facade. It is said that is built on the ruins of a Benedictine monastery. Of course, and how could it not be, they say that there is the ghost of a monk here. Also impressive are the windows of the facade. Well I can tell, the hotel and the place itself is beautiful with lots of history and many legends. It is said that King Arthur and Guinevere are buried in the abbey. There area also many shops and markets for the occult and of course you cannot come here without trying a good pint of beer.
Smart City Hostel in Edinburgh is one of the best hostels I have ever visited. It has bedrooms, bathrooms and clean bedding. It´s a better idea to stay in one of the top floors, as the bottom floors are close to the street with noise coming from the Smartcity bar, especially during the summer festival in Edinburgh, where it seems like nobody sleeps. The breakfast buffet costs £ 5 but is of good quality, and the beds cost about 20 €, 25 €during the Summer Festival
It is one of the most popular hostels in London because the prices are good and it has what is perhaps the cheapest bar in town. It is a mega hostel with 800 beds with a starting price of 15 pounds (18 €) which includes a buffet breakfast. They make their money mainly from the pub / restaurant, where your can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner a la carte. It's pretty loud, so I'd suggest using ear plugs for those who are not very nocturnal.
Hotel rooms are equipped with en suite with bath or shower, heating, color TV, coffee or tea and other facilities. Also, every morning they serve a full English breakfast or continental breakfast which is ideal to start the day. At night, there is a bar that offers a wide selection of beers, lagers, spirits and wines.
Good place for a group trip...very centrally located and cheap. We stayed in a room for five with a separate bathroom. Everything was nice and clean, and the only drawback was that the heating didn't work and the breakfast was a bit scarce and you had to make it yourself.
Without reaching the hotel they helped me via email. And when we arrived (in the early morning) they let us in. It's a renovated hostel, very central, with a great atmosphere. It's great as far as price goes, with available kitchens to prepare your own food. Individual showers, no schedules. Different game rooms, etc. You'll want to come back!
The Hostel Liverpool YHA is strategically located close to all the main sights in Liverpool: Albert Dock, the Beatles Museum, The Cavern Club, and many others. You can really go just about anywhere on foot. One of the things that set this hostel apart is that all the rooms are spacious and all have private bathrooms. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of options and the staff very helpful and willing to give you all the information you need to enjoy your stay in Liverpool. Without doubt, it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in.

This hostel is one of the coolest hostels in Chester! I agree with the reviews I had read. It's like a house, with 7 or 8 rooms to rent. Everyone was really nice and they help in any way they can. Also there's a superb breakfast (English breakfast). The room we had was with bunk beds, but didn't care, it was very clean. The bathroom was shared with more rooms but truthfully very clean. In the kitchen, you could leave your food to prepare on your own meals, and the guy who runs the house made us breakfast at 7:00 in the morning! It has a room with several tables to eat and rest, and a couple of sofas, a TV, a Playstation, a lot of movies and books to read. There are also games (ludo, dominoes ...), and the decor is very cool too. If you do not want to spend much money, but want to see Chester, I recommend it!
The best place to stay in London, at least in my experience! It's completely different from anything else, set in a former prison. You can still sleep in the old cells if you want (a chilling experience, but I don't recommend it: they are cold and narrow, and anyone can spy on you through the peephole). The breakfast is generous, and there is a large kitchen for you to use. Parties are organized frequently in the bar, and there are also vending machines. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is young and dynamic. I recommend it!

It would've been a pity not to take photos of the small rural Oak Tree Inn, about 50 meters from Loch Lomond Visitor Center in Balmaha and in the heart of the Trossachs National Park. I had the opportunity to spend the night and to take a warm tea after a walk around the lake. It's a very cute cottage type building with two floors and the ground floor is the bar-restaurant with a terrace for sunny days or for the brave. I preferred to take refuge inside, escaping mosquitoes that are prevalent in Loch Lomond. The interior is super warm, their website says that its constructed from a 300 year old elm, there is free wifi (Scotland is paradise for wifi establishments) and you can enjoy the menu of the day, a single malt or hot drink.
I went to the Hostel 639 in June 2014 for 4 nights and had a great experience. Breakfast costs less than £2 and is unlimited (grilled bread, butter, jam, spreads, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, everything you like!). We booked beds in a mixed dorm for 8 and they ended up giving us a private room for four with its own bathroom. What an amazing surprise!
It's pretty basic and I would not recommend it as hostel for first-timers, but it's perfect for experiences backpackers and very clean (including the sheets and rental towels). We even managed to find different people to go out with at night! There's a tube station right in front of the hostel (Kensal Green, open until midnight ) and a bus stop about 100 meters away. There are two public rooms (which I didn't really experience much), one with a bar and another with sofas and a TV.
This pub serves excellent traditional ales and is certified by CAMRA. Great beer and great food, I highly recommend it. It stands a short distance from Salisbury Cathedral and boasts one of the best views of the city. A great place to stop to unwind after a day spent sightseeing around the town of Salisbury.
