The Putahracsa Hua Hin Hotel is in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. It has an enviable location next to the beach and the sea, with dreamy and relaxing surroundings. It has 59 chic individualized units that emphasize privacy and personal space. The unit includes rooms, Jacuzzi and 10 meter private pool. All types of designs and different decor avoid uniformity.
The Lebua Hotel, is a 64-story amazing skyscraper where you can find 5 restaurants, a swimming pool on the 16th floor, a gym, a beauty salon and a rooftop bar (the Sky bar, photo), where you can have a drink or dinner, enjoy wonderful views of the city with the river just below. A luxurious corner where any middle class European can have a grand experience. If you want something different pass through the most authentic Chinese neighborhood in the city.
This amazing resort is a dream, it is the essence of relaxation. The service is the friendliest in the world, and there's a cinema and a natural beach that you can enjoy accompanied with a cocktail and live music.
It is the tallest building in the city, which also happens to be a hotel with 88 floors. We had dinner, with buffet, and the top floor is a wrap-around terrace so you can see all the parts of the city. I have some night time photos and others when were around for the day.
I wanted to show another one of the hotels where we were when we went to Thailand, particularly in Chiang Mai. The Empress Hotel. It is a charming hotel situated in an eastern town within walking distance of the market and close to Spanish restaurants, because yes, there are Spanish restaurants and more than one, yes sir. Well I leave you with these photos showing a bit of what I'm saying. Travellers Greetings.
The Le Meridien Chiang Mai has the best location you could possibly ask for in this city, right by the night market. Honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with the service. It's a very Western-style 5-star hotel and has an English-speaking staff. My room was huge and would be perfect for a honeymoon. I especially liked the huge window over the bathtub allowing you too look out. I also loved the way the shower was separate from the walk-in tub. As for the facilities, there's not much I can tell you as I didn't stay too long in the hotel, but it does offer a meeting room that, at 1800 square meters, is one of the largest in Chiang Mai, as well as a pool, gym, spa and two great restaurants. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this hotel, and would gladly recommend it to everyone.
I never tire of talking about Thailand. I will continue to recommend walking through their land, feeling its water, smelling the breeze and meeting its people. I will continue to write honouring their havens and dreaming about it when I close my eyes. This resort summarises it poetry and welcomes you into its dream-like cabins.
The Racha Phuket hotel, beachfront paradise is situated 12 miles from downtown Phuket. Colorful coral gardens exceptionally decorate the water surrounding the island, and guests can explore the marine life in the nearby diving center. Travelers can relax with a massage or beauty treatment at the full-service spa. It also has a pool with a bar. The hotel has a number of restaurants, such as Café de la Tierra, which serves international cuisine, and Fire Grill, which offers Mediterranean dining for its guests who want something different.
One of the best places we've stayed, about 100 metres from the shore of the beach, and surrounded by dense vegetation. Just behind the climbing area and the hotel's restaurant, you can enjoy an amazing setting, with spacious cottages with air conditioning, a fridge, double beds, and full bathrooms. The balconies are truly spectacular, with beautiful views. You are immersed in the jungle, surrounded by coconut trees and lots of green vegetation. But the most amazing thing is the price - you can stay in a deluxe bungalow for just ten euros a head. The environment is priceless; the most that you'll hear is birdsong, or the sound of monkeys. You'll really feel like you're in a nature reserve. People come here to relax, so the other guests are respectful: no noise at night, no music. We only saw other guests on a couple of occasions. Amazing. Remember that this is in Krabi beach between Ao Phra Nang and Railey, not to be confused with the Tonsai Bay on Phi Phi Don island.
I can tell you lots of experiences and show you lots of photos from our trip to Thailand. One of the charming places we visited was the Legend Hotel. It's precious! It's situated right along the river, full of greenery, and offers private homes with porches and patios. Very relaxing. But, I feel the night photos didn't come out too well.
Chiang Mai counts itself among one of the hundreds of hostels for backpackers, but Julie's hostel is definitely a favorite of the people We had to wait several days to get a bed for 2 € in their colorful rooms. More than accommodation, Julie is known for its great food in the attached cafe. There's also a travel agency that organizes all kinds of tours, such as elephant rides, hikes to hill tribes, and activities such as cooking classes , massage, and even rock climbing.
The Imperial Queens Park Hotel Bangkok is conveniently located in the Sukhumvit area, which offers people from all walks of life with a great value price. It has a luxurious hall, several conference rooms, 2 pools, gym, massage and beauty clinic, several restaurants and an excellent service. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are quite comfortable and you have to pay for the internet (for a change). I was lucky to go to Bangkok in December, a few years ago. It´s a popular destination for people travelling from Japan for a short holiday (4 or 5 days). Although it´s a 5 hour flight from Osaka, it´s very cheap, and the Japanese love to play golf. Because of the time I went, in addition to the good temperature, there weren´t too many crowds of people and I enjoyed all the services without any delays or problems. In the hotel you can also hire tours to other parts of Thailand, but I still consider it better to hire free transport if you know what you want. I have included a couple of videos recorded by my friend Roberto de Peru, in which you can see what a standard room looks like and also one of the pools.
The Royal Orchid Hotel is a five-star hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok. Very nice staff - they let us into our room at 10:00 in the morning, which was just what we needed after a 13-hour flight. The room was very spacious with a large window facing the river. The view was beautiful, especially at night. The bathroom was large, too, and everything was very clean. Great breakfast with everything, even ice cream! There are also several restaurants in the hotel and a casual terrace overlooking the river. The downside - the wi-fi is free only in the reception area and it costs five dollars an hour otherwise. It has two pools, one on a terrace that looks out onto the river and the other in a garden surrounded by tropical plants.
Hello! I also spent a few days in this hotel, and it definitely is a marvel. It is true that there are better hotels in Puhket, with bigger stores and more services, of course. The value for money of this hotel is great. It is far away from the groups of people, with an almost exclusive beach and magnificent surroundings. I recommend it to you all totally. As you organize your own journey to Thailand, you're also right in saying that you have no problem. At first it takes some adapting to get used to their pace, and language is very difficult, but it is worth trying to learn a few phrases because it opens many doors closed to other "farang". Greetings!
After an entertaining and picturesque route on the way to Laksao, we come to this curious property in the small town of Thalang. Small houses and the warm reception of its owner, Mr. Phaythoun, made this site a perfect place to rest. A beautiful sunset background and a cold Beer, enjoyed watching our friends playing petanque. We ate well and it was really cheap. A good place to spend the night, chat with other travelers and enjoy the company of the locals, friends of Mr. Phaythoun.
This hotel is located at the foot of the hill Doi Mae Salong. It's a unique place, about 50 kilometres from the city of Chiang Rai, with a beautiful landscape surrounding it and beautiful characteristics. Completely built with bamboo, this is a real "Boutique Hotel". The vegetation, the spaces, the pool, everything makes you feel like you're in a summer house. The service is friendly. Breakfast is served in the restaurant without spectacular views, but it has a homemade touch that's missing in other chain hotels. This isn't a luxury hotel, though it does have spacious rooms, but it's a luxury to be able to spend 2 or 3 days here. It also offers one of the best spas in northern Thailand, in my opinion, for the quality of the massage. It's definitely the place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon. On www.Siamtrails.com, this is included in their various programs, for example, the Magic Triangle. The food is homemade and if you go with Siamtrails, the hotel offers a specialized menu that is included in the tour price. Bring a good mosquito repellent!
Greetings travellers! Koh Tao is an island that only opened to visitors very recently and even more recently diving enthusiasts began to arrive there. Today the choice of hotels is very wide and has there is accommodation for all budgets. Despite the progress that this island has suffered as far as tourism is concerned, in general, this island has been maintained well and hotels and resorts are as much as possible camouflaged in the surroundings. The vegetation and the sea are still the dominant factors on this island. In many coves and beaches Koh Tao offers cottage-style accommodation which you can find among the rocks or quite economical traditional accommodation. You can stay on this island for 200 baht, as in the case of Koh Tao Ban's Resort on Sairee Beach. Others like the Black Tip Dive Resort or Coral View Resort will provide accommodation for 400 baht. (1 euro = 40 baht approx.) However, if you do want more luxury there is the the Chalok Chintakiri Resort on Baan Kao Beach for 2400 baht (around 60 euros a night, depending on the season). Many of the hotels offer a discount if you book dive course with them ,and generally you can enjoy the island for only about 5 or 6 euros a day.
Greetings travelers. Located in the strategic place of Chaweng beach we found this excellent hotel-bungalow which, as its name suggests, was the first type of this accommodation on the island. Almost in the middle of the two beaches (Chaweng and Chaweng Noi) the hotel offers rooms from garden condos to beachside bungalows. It has a swimming pool, car rentals, wifi, beach bar, etc. In general all the amenities required by middle class tourists. You can arrange tours of the surrounding area and in less than 15 minutes walk to Chaweng shopping area. Room rates range from € 45 for an upper room in the hotel to 140 € for a beachfront bungalow. The easiest way to get there from Bangkok is by plane, it takes about 45 minutes to reach the island. If you are not rushed you can also travel by train or bus to Surat Thani Province, then get a ferry to the island. If requested you can have recogan take you to the hotel from the airport for about 10 € but if you don't do not worry because there are taxis, tuk tuks and buses that will take you. By the way, if prices do not convince you just go to neighboring accommodation, First House Hotel where we stayed it is right next door and you can stay in a double room for 10 euros.
If Siamtrails is the end of your journey through Thailand, it's a great choice because it offers the possibility to stay at this fantastic hotel with great prices. Nestled in a beautiful bay, surrounded by gardens and a beautiful beach, this is possibly the best location on the island because it's not crowded and it's very quiet. It's a semi-private beach and it can only be accessed by the hotel. It's a 5 minute taxi ride from Patong. The rooms have been recently renovated and have every luxury that's typically associated with a five start hotel. All of the rooms have a terrace. You can choose from a garden view, a beautiful view of the sea, or pools. Your breakfast and the food is excellent and despite being a hotel with many rooms tranquility. Hotel very expensive from November to March but very affordable the rest of the year. Highly recommended!
This five star hotel is popular with Lufthansa for its crew. It has a drinks bar and a DJ, and the staff are always very helpful; even the security guards have a smile on their face. They'll help you, ensuring you always get into a taxi with an English-speaking driver.
Pimalai Resort And Spa is located in the town of Krabi, Thailand, in a place that invites relaxation, tranquillity and rest. Built recently, in 2001, and there's a natural charm all around the hotel. It's very near the beach. The hotel offers Suite rooms, and laundry. Rate includes breakfast.
The Nang Thong Bay Resort is a luxury resort with affordable prices for Spanish pockets. This resort can be found beachfront on Nang Thong beach in the heart of Khao Lak. The hotel is close to absolutely all services available to the people. Spacious rooms with minibar, satellite TV, DVD, bathroom with tub and shower with sea views. They have several types of rooms, bungalows at beachfront for about 60 € night in high season. And apartments for about 20 ... In low season (May to October) half price! It has two restaurants, with fresh fish, bar inside the pool to sip your cocktails sitting in the water, sun loungers on the beach ... A real luxury you can afford.
The Old City Guest House is opposite the National Museum and next to the Coffee Cup restaurant and costs about 6 euros for a double room with AC and hot water although the hot water is not really needed here in Thailand. Although there is no restaurant it is no problem because on the road you have several places to eat well at an economical price. The distance to Historic Park is about 100 meters so the location of this property is perfect for not wasting time. On the same street you have rental bikes to make the visit, local massage parlors, cash machines and generally all the necessary services needed in a city like this. There is parking if you rent a car during your stay. Another good option for those looking for something affordable, clean and close to what we are going to visit. A greeting.
The Phangan Beach Resort is owned by an english man who has been living for 20 years in Thailand, and it shows that he knows the hospitality business, because in the resort you feel very comfortable. The beach is private and there 20 bungalows in total, four of them are on the beach and the rest at the "enormous" distance of about ten meters. The wifi is free to customers, and the only thing that convinced me was the restaurant, which placed a meager rations so you had to order two dishes in case you did not want to stay hungry. The Montien Bangkok Hotel is one of the most centrally-located hotels in the city as it is located just opposite the Patpong night market, and it is one of the basic hotels that include the majority of tour operators within the packages. I personally did not like it much, because even if the area is excellent and it´s right next to the Sky Train, I think the rooms left a lot to be desired (bearing in mind that most people who go to this hotel takes a basic room, not an executive suite which offers much more). I also thought that the hotel buffet seemed very simple, compared to other hotels I have stayed in and those that I was visiting because of my promotional trip to Thailand, since one of the things that I take most advantage of is visiting the hotels to later sell them in Spain with confidence. Personally I would always advise that if you have a very limited budget you should go to this hotel, but if not, I would recommend any of the other hotels we stayed in.
Greetings travelers. During our visit to Koh Samui we stayed in the Hotel First House in Chaweng. I am increasingly convinced that it is worth your while to look for hotels on your own. So far I had not been disappointed by hotels with rooms that cost between 8 and 10 Euros and the Hotel First House was no exception. The Fisrt House Hotel features a spacious reception and a large dining room on the roof as well as a fantastic swimming pool. Located on the beachfront, quite originally designed as a boat, is a boutique where you can find everything from food, clothing, massages, motorcycle rentals and tours. This is a complete hotel where you can stay for 10 Euros, including breakfast. This hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Port of Bang Rak for excursions to Koh Tao, where you can snorkel at Mango Bay, Koh Nangyuang and also to Maenam Beach where you can catch the boat to Koh Pangnan for the Full Moon Party. The rooms are very decent with all necessary accessories and most importantly, the rooms are very clean. I recommend this hotel for its proximity to the beach, its reasonable prices, amenities and cleanliness.
Considered one of the world's best hotels, it is located along the Chao Phraya River with stunning views, especially at night. It is a boutique hotel that competes in this city with the Peninsula Hotel and Oriental Hotel, which are both also splendid. It has many details and services which makes it appropriate for special occassions and is not exactly cheap. There are massage parlors, spa, gym, boutique .... And all in the purest of oriental style mixed with modern flair make this hotel an unforgettable place to stay. It is 200 meters from the sky train and is perfectly placed for exploring all of Bangkok smoothly. I'll slowly getting some video. Here you have one from the room at dusk from the hotel terrace. It is in front of the Peninsula Hotel and the endless river boats all lit for strolling, or just cruiser boats moving to other places. Hope you like it and greetings to all travelers.
Vaboir Lodge Hotel is located in the northern part of Bangkok. It is in a good location for a big city like Bangkok. It has all of the attractions at more or less the same distance. As we were going to move around the country on a few occasions and we wanted to return to the same hotel each time we chose this one as it was not too far from the airport and not too far from the temple area or the shopping area. From this hotel, to get down to the shopping area we got a taxi to drop us off at the metro stop called Ladprao as the road is very long and from here we could go to different places such as the pratunam market area, Chatuchak, mbk, Hua Lampong station, etc... Its not the best hotel if you only want to go to the temple areas as there are no transport services except taxis or tuk tuks. To get to the temples or to Khao San Road we would go directly by taxi for no more than 300 or 400 baht (6 or 8 euros). This 3-star hotel cost us about 10 euros per night and is more than good for that price. It has a laundry service, internet, air conditioning and a TV in the rooms, a restaurant and an outdoor area for lunches or dinners and entertainment. You know, if you go back more than once to Bangkok and do not want to be too far from the airport I recommend this hotel. Greetings.
