When my friends and I decided to find a place to sleep that was strategically located, the aim was to be able to visit the south of France so we chose this house which is located in airoux, between Toulouse and Carcassonne. The owners live in a house which is divided into two, one part is for them and another part for tenants. The house that they rent has two bedrooms and a sofa bed and can house seven people. The kitchen is in very good condition, having at our disposal all kinds of kitchenware, stove, fridge and washing machine. In addition to that if we get bored we have at our disposal a TV and a piano. The owners are excellent.
The Le Gardon is in the beautiful city of Collias. This wonderful accommodation offers rooms fully equipped to ensure guests' comfort. All rooms have WIFI, free cable TV, shower with hand held shower gel, toilet items, spa, maid service in the morning, clock / alarm, air conditioning and more. In addition, tourists can enjoy a great continental breakfast. Parking is free only for those staying at the hotel
As I crossed the doorstep I realized it was a magical place that was hiding something spectacular and I had to find out what the secret was. It is small, but the great feeling that accompanies you there is enormous. It is certainly not a "factory-made" place (so to speak) but is carefully detailed, taken from a story (except for the pictures of bulls and bullfighters Spanish) that decorates the walls. I highly recommend that if you do not know where to escape or retreat that you go there. Also Nîmes is a beautiful town to visit while you are there.
A wonderful hotel in all respects - its location inside the walls and next to the cathedral is a real luxury, and its classical decor, cozy rooms and pool with small garden all add to its charm. The restaurant has a nice tasting menu, reasonably priced for the location.
This is a small hotel which is located a hundred meters from the train station as well as the Place de la Comedie. It's also opposite a nightclub, Panama. The single rooms, for 39 euro, have a shower and a TV. For two people, the prices range from 42 to 4 for cheap rooms. The hotel - despite the sign at the entrance - is open 24 hours a day. All rooms have television, and their prices are higher if they are overlooking the courtyard.
I found this place when I arrived in Carcassonne (France). I needed to have a coffee to start the day well and so I went in. It is located just after crossing the Pont Vieux, going right towards Chaflán on Rue Barbacane. The design surprised me: white dominates the room and the decoration is noteworthy. Next to the bar, on the bottom right, there is a small space for a library and small shop. They have good breakfasts. In the bar you will find a good wine selection. The menus cost 16 € on average and have different formulas, the letter (on average € 15 per plate) and some specialties like Cassoulet. They are mainly regional dishes made with fresh produce. They also offer hotel rooms (a single room for € 95, with dinner and breakfast included), double room for 100 €, so I was informed by the very friendly waitress ve served me. A place with unique style, highlighting its original décor that makes the environment comfortable. Coffee costs 1,50 € and is good quality.
After ten stays in this hotel, it is surely one of our favorites. You should stay here if you travel to italy, austria, slovenia, croatia, hungary, Lyon or French Alps. Do not hesitate for a moment to reserve a night in this hotel, but keep in mind that it is usually full, so make your reservation as far in advance as poissble. Located just outside of the city in a huge business park, it is surrounded by restaurants and department stores. In addition to seeing again virtually everything we know by heart, for dinner, we enjoyed a good pate and extraordinary mussels in any of the restaurants that are in the area of the amphitheater. If you go by car to the center do not worry about parking as there is a large public park in the Place de la Libération justa few meters from there amphitheater called Arena. The hotel has very spacious rooms, good reception, summer terrace for breakfast or lunch as well as swimming. There is also a vast parking enclosure.
The ideal place to enjoy a naturist holiday. Relax in the Balnéo, with an impressive Roman decor. If you do not like boisterous children, it's wonderful as they are not allowed in the under 16 years. In the morning it is naturist and evenings 'textile', when the atmosphere is much more boisterous. The restaurant La Villa is very good value, great pizzas. Be sure to try and buy the great wines of the Languedoc, I am a lover of pink. I was there in August 2009.
The Hotel Premiere Classe Carcassonne is situated minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the airport. There are 72 rooms that have shower and tv. It has non-smoking rooms and those equipped for handicapped. There is also a Fax and copier service and no internet access.
Situated at the start of Camille Pelletan promenade, this 3-star hotel is an excellent choice in the historic heart of Collioure. On the ground floor there is a restaurant on the boulevard which has a terrace with awning. There are 5 floors with elevator, it has 27 rooms of different ranges: Suites, Deluxe and Standard. There is parkingavailable.
The Hotel de la Poste et de la Perdrix is a simple two-star hotel, but it's very warm and well cared for by a loving family. We were visiting Perpignan to meet up with a couple of Argentine friends who have been living there for 20 years, and we stayed at this hotel. It has about 33 rooms and it's near to our friends' home. We were very satisfied and the price was good. I don't remember exactly we paid, but I can tell you that the place is highly recommended.
I stayed in this little hotel years ago when I traveled to southern France. That's when I went to Ceret, a little gem of a place that was just a few kilometers away from the Spanish border. I was looking for cheap and central accommodation in the area. Moreover, this hotel was recommended by the Guide du Routard. It lies within the historic core of Ceret, just a few meters from the Porte d'Espagne, in a small plaza. The building, which has a small courtyard, really stands out because of how old it is. The rooms are simple and small, but tastefully decorated. The common areas are also stark, but very charming. The restaurant also has a restaurant, I do not know. In sum, a quiet little hotel for budget travelers, but with the added bonus of being in a setting steeped in history.
Youth Hostels in Angoustrine-Villeneuve-des-Escaldes
The Villa Roselande is one of the best economical accommodations that's a huge part of what can be found in the valley of the Cerdanya. The fact that here is the ski resort of La Molina, makes prices rise accommodation. The rooms are not big deal, but for what they cost! The apartments have a kitchen with dishes and pots for cooking, but if you catch us worry because room on each floor there is a fully equipped communal kitchen. I think it is very a good choice for the Cerdanya accommodations. By the way, the building seems to have it hidden so that no one can find it, when you come to inquire of people to guide you properly because it's on the outside where no one knows about it.
I was able to spend a few days at the Cape of Agde, Hérault, in summer, enjoying the Mediterranean sun and good sea temperature. As for accommodation, I made a good choice, the hotel Golfe! Located on the island des Loisirs, Golfe Hotel is close to everything, which is convenient! I spent a few nights there, and was very happy with its convenience. My room had a nice little terrace overlooking a large garden which was very nice in the summer. In terms of comfort, it was perfect: it featured a spotless bathroom and a spacious room with a glazed window that let in the light. The pool is situated in a garden surrounded by huge palm trees, and the accompanying services match the quality of the hotel. But what really struck me was the importance of vegetation, which is a wonderful place ... I remember honeysuckle blossoms surrounding the door to the garden
That summer I went to Camargue, which is in southern France, in the Languedoc-Roussillon area. I enjoyed the region's plentiful options of things to do, such as its protected landscapes, between sea and nature. And in terms of accommodation, I was very satisfied with the choice I made. I stayed at The Acacias Hotel, which can be found right on the right bank near the center of the city and harbor, met all my expectations. The accommodation is just perfect, the owner, very nice, was there and gave me all kinds of explanations for the slightest doubt. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Off the chains, this small hotel has charm. The decor is customized and well chosen. The terrace is particularly nice, both for breakfast in the sun to read quietly. The hotel Acacias contributed greatly to my stay in Grau du Roi was wonderful. I felt at home!
Practical, economical, simple, exceptional views of the Cerdanya valley. Well-equipped and pet-friendly, what more could you want? Taking advantage of an offer we spent a wonderful San Juan holiday here. Without great luxuries but big enough for our visit to an area of France full of nature, landscapes and history. The apartment has the basics for 4 people. They don't clean while you're occupying the room and the reception has a very limited time so it is best to contact them by phone to advise of arrival time if you will not find yourself on the street. They have a private car park. Well located in the heart of the commercial and tourist part of Font-Romeu. I imagine that ski season will become a very good choice of convenient and cheap accommodation. Ideal for families and for those who have pets ;-)
This campsite has room for both tents and bungalows for 2, 4 and 6 people. For our we chose the bungalow for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet room and kitchen, all compressed in a small ingeniously planned space. The good thing about this campsite is its location, less than 1km from the beach, which is semi-wild. There is only a beach bar and lookout point there. Perpignan is about 20 minutes drive, and other major towns are also quite close. I chose this accommodation because it offered the best value / price in the area, with offers from 100 € for 4 nights. The only drawback is the group of leaders, who start the music and the show in the pool at 11 am, and at night end at 12 or 1, so I'd advise a bungalow away from the pool if you want to sleep when you want. Otherwise, it's a good choice of a place to stay, with several shops nearby and in an excellent location.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the center of Cignac and is a bit hard to find, it is a very good option. It features an Outdoor swimming pool for hot days and a restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are kind of like bungalows and they are located around a garden. Each one has a small balcony with two chairs and a table. The decor is totally different in each room, the bathroom is huge and everything is very clean. Guests also have access to free wifi and parking, so as not to go wandering for a spot.
We had good success with choosing this hotel for my friends. We were on a thematic route through southern France in search of a peculiar character that fascinates me with all the legends and mysteries in this area: Mary Magdalene. We arrived at night and till the next day we couldn't really appreciate the beauty of "The Templar House" although the hotel decor and especially the names of the rooms and exquisite. It's an exceptional place to unwind, the River Aude passes close by and you feel all its freshness and in summer you can enjoy a sunny pool overlooking the beautiful Cobiers mountains. The place has an air of incredible mystery that increases with the stories they tell, the very kind reception staff recommend "secret" places that we all saw with curiosity. It was a success because we visited villages and unique, unknown places with artistic, indescribable beauty. A place I hope to return soon, without hesitation, to those special places and the good vibes that this hotel has are something you will never forget!
The Hotel Montpellier Resort is located near the historic center of Montpellier and the beaches of the Mediterranean. It offers forty-six rooms and forty suites, of which 5 are fully equipped for use as conference rooms that can accommodate from 10-150 people.
Among its facilities and services are a Fitness Center, Meeting Rooms, Laundry, Breakfast in the Room, Table Tennis and outdoor Swimming. There is a Golf Course within 3 km of the hotel.
A great location inside the medieval citadel. The hotel is spread over three buildings. It's old, so there's no elevator, but the rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. The common area is very cozy, and you can enjoy the breakfast buffet there. The staff are efficient, friendly and multi-lingual. There's parking just outside of the citadel. Recommended.
In a small village close to Narbonne. It's like a kind of giant chalet downstairs. The downstairs rooms even have a small garden with table and chairs. The pool is great and the staff very friendly. The rooms are decorated in a colorful modern way, like the bathrooms. Everything is spotless. Dinner is next door in a restaurant called Chez Pierrot, which I think belongs to the hotel. The dinner buffet is cheap and literally "in the middle of a forest."
The hotel Les Jardins De Saint Benoit is located in the wonderful city of Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse. It has fully equipped rooms to ensure the comfort of its guests.
In the morning guests can enjoy a wonderful continental breakfast. Children of all ages are welcome. The rooms are meticulously decorated, with great attention to detail. Tourists who come by car will be given a place in the hotel car park.
We had room 110 at Citadines Antigone Montpellier, the first just past the reception on the ground floor of the building. It smelled of damp and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The apartment inside was filthy, full of dust everywhere. First, the kitchen - separated by a small hall from the rest of the apartment - has a dishwasher, sink, two electric rings, and all kinds of utensils, but again, the glasses were filthy. Past that was the lounge where if we opened the sofa bed, we had no space for our suitcases. This had a table with two chairs in the corner, a TV with a stereo and two windows overlooking a terrace (there's no balcony furniture on the ground level, presumably for fear of theft. We kept the windows in both the living room and the bedroom closed for the same reason - they are just 1 meter above the ground). The bedroom had a double bed, with some yellow marks on the quilt...we preferred not to imagine what they were. And finally, the bathroom was spacious but seedy, with amenities like a dryer and a large mirror. The toilet was too high for me to sit comfortably (my feet were dangling above the floor), and the bathtub was very difficult to get into, being again very high. I definitely would not recommend staying here!
