I lived for one month in the rural area of Antioquia and Medellin, hosted by native friends (or "parceros" as they say in Antioquia), and saw everything, from the flower festival and all its splendour, to the daily chores next to the Amazon with the problems and brawls. In the meantime, I took a nice walk in the Quindio and shaft plantation. As the saying goes, "the danger is not wanting to go back".
