Fassbender & Rausch Chocolatiers is a chocolate company founded by Heinrich Fassbender in 1863 and today Jürgen Rausch leads its 4th generation, it's near Gendarmenmarkt Square. On the 1st floor - the Schokoladenhaus (the store) and on the 2nd - a café. The shop is a more or less a large space where we can admire (and buy) the large crowd of chocolates in various forms. There are chests with chocolates inside, chocolate cats, chocolate bears, cartons and boxes with chocolates inside, a chocolate Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag chocolate, a volcano of chocolate and even chocolate-related films. I bought some tiny boxes filled with chocolates for only € 4, ideal gifts!
Undoubtedly one of the most fun & recommended experiences if you are visiting Berlin is to have breakfast in the 368 meters tall TV tower in Berlin. The restaurant slowly rotates while you're eating breakfast allowing you to see the whole city from high above. We highly recommend that you make a reservation online, to avoid waiting in a line. The breakfasts are not exactly cheap but they are well worth it. It's not every day that you go to breakfast at a place like this.
