We were in Bilbao the week before Christmas, and of course it was impossible to find anywhere to eat! But a miracle and a cancellation gave us a table at The Sotera, a restaurant that I fell in love with - for the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We sat at the table and wolfed down their delicious bread before ordering each amazing dish ... the clams, the seafood, the cod, the grilled tenderloin, the sirloin with grapes ... all cooked beautifully, and completely delicious. Desserts were amazing, too: I ordered the millefuille with hot chocolate, and it was wonderful! Since then, I've wanted to go back for lunch and dinner.
