You can’t say that you've truly visited Rome without eating at Ai Marmi, the pizzeria of the trendiest neighborhood in Rome: Trastevere. The marble tabletops bear the name of the restaurant and the pizzas are great and done in the traditional Roman style. The restaurant itself looks like it has seen better days, but don’t be fooled by first impressions. The service is quick and perhaps the only fault is that the dining area is a bit cramped. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place.
Oh, I forgot to talk about the pizza.
